Plant Health Management

Beginning in AU22: Plant Health Management is now available as a specialization of the Plant Pathology major. 


Plant Health Management involves studying and developing innovative methods to manage pests and diseases that damage crops, forests, and gardens. Students completing this program earn the degree Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.

Classes and Curriculum

Students will study plant, weed, and soil science, entomology, plant pathology, and integrated plant health management with an emphasis on sustainability.

Getting Involved

Plant Health and Resource Management (PHARM) Club

The Plant Health and Resource Management (PHARM) Club hosts social and educational events as well as engages in service activities for Plant Pathology and Plant Health Management majors, minors, and any other student interested in plants.
