Reservation Requests for the Agricultural Administration Building Auditorium
Reservation requests for the Agr Admin Auditorium are currently being accepted for Autumn 2021 semester, but these will not be processed until July 15, 2021. Reservation requests will be processed at that time in the order they were received.
The Auditorium is undergoing maintenance through October 3, 2021, then will open up and may be reserved.
This space is not accessible for use by external groups.
All reservation requests for the Agricultural Administration Building Auditorium must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the date of your event.
If you submit the reservation request form PRIOR to July 15, 2021, please be aware that the request will not be processed until July 15th. If you submit the reservation request for ON or AFTER July 15, 2021, please allow up to FIVE (5) business days from the date of submission for processing. If we have questions regarding your reservation request, or if the Space Reservation Request Form is not completed correctly, we will reach out from CFAES_spacerequest@osu.edu. Once we are able to proceed with your reservation, and input it into the system, please expect a confirmation email with the information regarding your completed reservations. We appreciate your patience as we process your space reservation requests. All reservation requests are processed in the order they are received. The Auditorium is only available for the support of teaching, research, and extension programs of units/organizations affiliated with the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES).
