Reservation Requests for the Agricultural Administration Building Auditorium

This space is not accessible for use by external groups.

All reservation requests for the Agricultural Administration Building Auditorium must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the date of your event.

If your event is longer than three (3) consecutive days, please email CFAES_SpaceRequest@osu.edu.

Once you submit the form below, please allow up to five (5) business days from the date of submission for processing. If we have questions regarding your reservation request, or if the Agr Admin Building Auditorium Reservation Request Form is not completed correctly, we will reach out from CFAES_spacerequest@osu.edu. Once we are able to proceed with your reservation request, we will contact you with additional details and proceed with the next step in the process. We appreciate your patience as we process your reservation requests. All reservation requests are processed in the order they are received. ATTENTION:
Our office is unable to accept reservations for the Agricultural Administration Building Auditorium from May through December 2020 because of an administrative block by the College for a potential improvement project.

The Auditorium is only available for the support of teaching, research, and extension programs of units/organizations affiliated with the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES).
The person listed as the Reservation Contact MUST be a currently employed CFAES FACULTY or STAFF member.
ATTENTION: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations for the Agricultural Administration Building Auditorium from May to December 2020 because of a block by the College for a potential construction project. For date of set up: enter the date the group will need access to the auditorium to set up and prepare the auditorium for the planned event (set-up may occur on the day of the event, or take place on the immediate, preceding day).

Start time for set up: enter the time the group will be accessing the space to begin to set up and prepare the auditorium for the planned event (make certain to allow enough time for the group to arrange the space as desired).

Start time of planned event (day one): enter the time for which the start of the event is scheduled and will be publicized.

End time of planned event (day one): enter the time for which the event is scheduled to end.
Date of planned event (day two): enter the second date on which the group is conducting the event (if applicable).

Start time of planned event (day two): enter the time for which the second day of the event is scheduled to start.

End time of planned event (day two): enter the time for which the second day of the event is scheduled to end.
Date of planned event (day three): enter the third date on which the group is conducting the event (if applicable).

End time of planned event (day three): enter the time for which the third day of the event is scheduled to end.
Date of cleanup and re-set: enter the date the group will be cleaning up and re-setting the space as outlined in the Agricultural Administration Building Auditorium Reservation Agreement (cleanup and re-set-up may occur on the day of the event, or take place on the immediate, following day).

Time of vacancy: enter the time the group will be completely out of the auditorium, finished with the cleanup and re-setting of the space. After this point, the group no longer has access privileges to AA0043 for this planned event. (NOTE: at cleanup it is the responsibility of the group make certain all trash is placed in loading dock dumpsters and all furniture is placed in its assigned location).
