The Meat Science Major is no longer enrolling students. Students interested in a meat science focus are encouraged to pursue the Meat Science Minor.
Meat Science involves the basic principles of science that drive animal growth and the impact they have on meat quality. Students completing this program earn the degree Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
