Open Doors Training at Four Locations
Open Doors is a four-hour training consisting of three modules that focus on recognizing, identifying, and addressing bias. Module 1: What is bias and how do I interrupt it? Module 2: Sharing identities and empathetic listening. Module 3: Working with persons in distress.
Open Doors is brought to you by the OSU Multicultural Center Office of Student Life. There is no cost for this training. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
- Oct. 22: Belle Valley/South Central Region, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ohio State University Extension's South Central Region Office, 16714 Wolf Run Road, Caldwell. Free. Register here.
- Oct. 24: Open Doors Training, Columbus, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Nationwide and Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center, Multi-Media Room, 2201 Fred Taylor Drive, Ohio State University, Columbus. Open to all but preference given to those in the West Region. Free. Register here.
