We’re pleased to inform you that Dave Shetlar, Entomology, has been elected to the Hall of Fame of the Ohio Christmas Tree Association. The induction took place at the group’s annual winter meeting Jan. 18 at Ohio State’s Newark campus.
The honor recognizes Dave’s record of sustained excellent Extension, research and teaching contributions to Ohio’s Christmas tree industry. The industry's production ranks ninth nationally, according to the 2007 USDA Census of Agriculture.
