OARDC, ATI, and the OSU Student Life Multicultural Center are hosting Open Doors training on Dec. 18 in the Fisher Auditorium conference room at OARDC, 1680 Madison Ave., Wooster. The training is part of the university's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Open Doors is a four-hour session consisting of three modules focused on recognizing, identifying, and addressing bias:
- Module 1: What is bias and how do I interrupt it?

Participating in the session will count as 35 points in the CFAES Diversity Challenge and, for OSU Extension employees, fits into the following core competencies: Diversity, communication, interpersonal relationships, continuous learning, professionalism, understanding stakeholders and communities, and customer service.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided compliments of the Student Life Multicultural Center. Mileage will be provided by the CFAES Diversity Catalyst Team for the first 10 people to register.
