Food Business Management gives students hands-on experience in creating and analyzing food as well as a foundation in the economics and business operations of food processing. Students completing this program earn the degree Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Effective Autumn 2026, students will select one of two specializations: Culinary Science or General Food Business.
