Accessible Online Learning Experiences: Designing A Course With Accessibility in Mind From the Start

Join us for this informal virtual discussion around creating accessible educational environments and providing support to students with disabilities. Michelle Salomone is an Access Specialist with Student Life Disability Services, and the SLDS liaison for the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences. She will walk us through helpful scenarios, answer questions, provide guidance to support your work with students, and share information about the wide variety of accommodations and services SLDS provides.

These discussions are open to any member of CFAES with teaching, advising, or student support responsibilities. A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants.

Interpreting services and alternative formats of any documents will be provided upon request. Please contact Kendyl Meadows ( or 614-292-1734) to request services, materials, or other needed accommodations.
