Spring 2025: The auditorium is being utilized as an instructional space M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Reservations are permissible after 5:00 pm on weekdays and on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that the kitchen is no longer accessible or functional for use during reservations.
Please note the current policies:
- Tables and chairs may NOT be rearranged. Photos will be added for reference.
- Food and drink are permitted but all trash must be taken out and all tables must be wiped down.
- Failure to clean up any messes, wipe down tables, reset the space, or to take out trash will result in a $100 fine and you will not be able to reserve the space in the future.
To reserve the space, please email CFAES_SpaceRequest@osu.edu with the following information:
- Name of the entity or group requesting the space
- OSU name.# of the current CFAES faculty or staff who will be the designated "Reservation Contact" and who must be in attendance during the event
- The purpose for which the auditorium is being requested
- Will food and/or beverages be present?
- Set-Up Start Time -- the time you will need access to begin set-up
- Event Start Time -- the time you will need access for guests to attend
- Event End Time -- the time that guests will no longer be present
- Tear-Down Finish Time -- the time you will be finished resetting the space and vacating
