Autumn 2025: The auditorium is being utilized as an instructional space M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Reservations are only permissible after 5:30 pm on weekdays and on Saturdays and Sundays.
Reservations are being accepted now for Autumn 2025 Term.
Please note that the kitchen is no longer accessible or functional for use during reservations.
Please note the current policies:
- Requests must be submitted AT LEAST FIFTEEN (15) business days in advance.
- Tables and chairs may NOT be rearranged. No furniture may be removed from the Auditorium. Photos should be taken for reference.
- Food and drink are permitted but all trash must be taken out and all tables must be wiped down.
- The Auditorium’s airwall cannot be moved.
- Failure to fulfill these expectations may result in forfeiture of space reservation opportunities in the future.
To reserve the space, please Fill out the Qualtrics Request form (Link), which will ask for the following information:
- Name of the entity or group requesting the space
- OSU name.# of the current CFAES faculty or staff who will be the designated "Reservation Contact" and who must be in attendance during the event
- The purpose for which the auditorium is being requested
- Will food and/or beverages be present?
- Date of your Event
- Set-Up Start Time -- the time you will need access to begin set-up
- Event Start Time -- the time you will need access for guests to attend
- Event End Time -- the time that guests will no longer be present
- Tear-Down Finish Time -- the time you will be finished resetting the space and vacating
- Consent to the policies listed above
