Forms and Petitions
CFAES Academic Affairs will continue to accept and process forms, petitions, and course registrations for undergraduate CFAES students submitted via email. Forms and petitions may also be dropped off at Room 100 in the Agricultural Administration Building. See the Academic Forms page for commonly used forms and instructions. Graduate Students: Graduate School Course Registration Processes
Advising Appointments
CFAES College Academic Counselors are now meeting with students in person, by phone or Zoom. Students can make appointments by calling 614-292-6891 or 614-292-1734. Students can also schedule appointments and view their appointment details using OnCourse. Faculty and/or Department Advising Appointments: Students should expect that appointments with their faculty and/or department advisors may occur via phone or Zoom, and some advisors may hold appointments in person. Students should communicate with their advisor directly regarding scheduling appointments.
Career Appointments
To schedule a career appointment, please call 614-292-6891 and request an appointment via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, or phone. Many appointments are being scheduled via Handshake. Visit the Career Development Office page for more information on how to schedule an appointment.
Counseling Appointments
Counseling and Consultation Service (CCS) is holding sessions this Fall Semester 2021 both in person and virtually on Carmen Zoom, whichever the student prefers, and as campus protocols related to COVID-19 allow.
To schedule an initial triage appointment call 614-292-5766 or go online. You can mention you are in CFAES and ask about scheduling ongoing appointments with David Wirt.

For crisis or urgent support, please call 614-292-5766 and press 2. If your situation involves feelings of threat of safety to yourself or others, please call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.
